Donna Groner

Veterinary technician Donna Groner has been working with animals since 1999. A native of Benson, Ariz., Donna has been part of the Canyon Pet staff since 2006, and loves the positive working environment.

Donna spends her free time outdoors, camping, hiking and swimming, and she also enjoys cooking. She shares her home with three cats—Chester, Willy and Dante—Pancho, a Chihuahua/Miniature Pincher mix, and Falcor, a Chinese water dragon.


Angela Tolliver

Angela Tolliver has been kennel manager and a veterinary technician at Canyon Pet Hospital since 2005. Originally from Sanford, Maine, Angela attended Boston College, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2002. Angela is also a certified wilderness first responder, and is also certified in CPR and first aid.

Angela enjoys outdoor activities like snow-showeing, rock climbing, canoeing, softball and soccer, and indoor activities like reading, jewelry making and crocheting. Wherever she goes, her dog, Deogie, is close behind.


Kristen Lusby

Technician Kristen Lusby joined the Canyon Pet staff in 2004. A native of California, Kristen also grew up in Flagstaff and currently attends Northern Arizona University, where she studies Biology.

Kristen loves working with animals and learning new things about animal care. When she's not at work, she can usually be found hiking with her dogs, Nigel and Emma. Kristen also shares her home with three cats, Tigger, Winnie and Liya.


Michaela Hayer

Michaela Hayer is a licensed veterinary technician and has been part of the Canyon Pet staff since 2007. A native of Germany, Michaela has worked in the animal care field for five years and is proud to be part of the hospital's caring staff.

Outside of work, her hobbies include reading, cooking and going on hikes with her dog, Ceelo. Her animal companions also include two cats, Wayne and Moose.


Megan Herlihy

Originally from Connecticut, Megan Herlihy joined the Canyon Pet staff in 2006. She attends Coconino Community College and is studying Business. Megan loves working with animals and enjoys the friendly, caring atmosphere at the hospital. When she's not at work, Megan enjoys traveling, photography and hiking with her dog, Suri.


Erica Harmon

Erica Harmon has helped care for pets as a veterinary technician at Canyon Pet Hospital since 2005. A native of Prescott, she attends Northern Arizona University and is studying Merchandising and Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She plans on attending veterinary school in the future, and working at the hospital has provided her with invaluable experience. Erica's animal companions include a cat named Mr. Man and a Chihuahua named Paco.


Dan McLaughlin

A Boston native, veterinary technician Dan McLaughlin has been working in the animal care field for 10 years. A member of the Canyon Pet staff since 2005, Dan is also a certified animal control officer.

Dan attended the University of Massachusetts and received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology.

Outside of work, Dan can be found traveling and fly fishing, and writing and taking pictures wherever he goes. Dan shares his home with two German Shepherds, Mac and Stella, and his cat, Ms. Arliss.
